« Very quant, heart shaped firepit, and wonderful view of the hills in the backyard. House was clean and very cozy living space. Beds were comfortable. Someone had a dog in the house found dog bed, and dog hair under bed. Ceiling fan kept blowing the hair around. (Owners must not be aware) After the first 24 hours I cleaned and dusted the floors and furniture, which resolved the dog hair problem. Very nice place, well stocked, very spacious. Would stay again. LOVED THE HOUSE. 5 star rating. »

« Property was immaculately kept. It was bright, airy and conducive to both relaxing and working, which i had to do some of while i was there. The property manager was communicative and helpful, leaving great printed instructions and responding immediately when i had questions. The sofa directly in front of the TV in the living room is the most comfortable couch in the history of the world. The only thing better than this property was its location, right near Lake Oneida. Overall great experience! »

« Loved the sun room a true Birds Eye view. Enjoyed the birds. Very clean and neat. Very accommodating. Trip to the beach for sun sets at Southwick State Park amazing. Highly recommend Lakeview Pond trail to a 13 mile isolated beach. »

« The house was nice, a bit hard to climb the stairs with luggage. Stairs are very steep. Also, we did not realize the property was on a state road which means you can't ride your buggy, you have to trailer it to a parking lot and unload.Can't leave any food on the counter, even closed, because of little ants and a lot of flies in the house. Mentioning for those who are concerned about insects. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and clean. »

« The location of the house can not be beat! Having a large yard was fantastic for my kids during non-beach times! The house was very well stocked with an abundance of beach toys, outdoor toys, games, books and movies. The beach was only a 2-3 minute away down a well marked path in the woods. Mary checked in with me a few times to make sure we were finding everything ok (we did!) and check in was a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! »
