"It is a good deal for me. The price was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is just muffins, juice, and coffee but I am not a big breakfast eater. This was my second stay and I will choose this place again. Perfect for what I needed. Close to my clinical site. Easy to find. Quiet. I have no complaints. Really appreciate how friendly and polite the front desk staff were."

"Room was like brand new, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Only downside was parking which required a short walk from a nearby parking lot which was $10 per day. The weather was good, but if was raining or snowing it would be a pain "

"Pool and hot tub was dangerously chlorinated and bright green. Hurt to breathe and almost had to go to er with the kids. Huge parties all night, knife fight in hallway outside our room stabbing in the door. Our room had a broken window without curtain or any shade upon arrival. Unsafe! Rooms inside was clean and modern, staff were very kind!"

"Great stay overall. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Albany and is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with the chef preparing a perfect omelette. The host was also very pleasant to speak with. I would definitely stay here again. "
