The home was well equipped and spacious for people to spread out. The game room was a hit. The home is a 10 min walk to the lake and 10 minutes back to the home (uphill). We were disappointed to learn that our furry friends (Labrador retriever and smaller mutt) were not allowed by the water as there was an agreement amongst the home owners on the road that share the lakefront area that only service dogs would be allowed. I don't remember this being clearly communicated and if so, we wouldn't have rented this home. If I were going to rent a home in the wintertime for skiing, I would certainly rent this home again. It's great for multiple families with children and very cozy. Also, the area is abundant with wildlife. We saw deer from the porch every day. Also, the Mingo golf course was beautiful and fun to play. ##### pam g. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again. ##### Denise W. We had the greatest week in such a beautiful setting. The view from the front porch and main living area was just beautiful. Loved laying in the master suite upstairs and seeing the water from bed. The property is private with a large amount of land on which to play and a lovely walk to the water access. We loved using the UTV to get to the water as well when we had things to carry or member of our party who couldn’t walk the 4/10 of a mile.House was clean and had everything we needed and more for the week. It was just as described. Very much enjoyed the hot tub on cool afternoons and evenings.
