Hotel well located in Clemmons and seems to be all new and very clean. However:
- I had chosen this hotel for its indoor swimming, which was closed for my fully week of stay.
- there is like a fan noise in all the rooms which cannot be turned off despite the AC and heater being stopped. I am not difficult but had to sleep with earplugs. Receptionist has tried to change my room but it was the same in the other room
- breakfast poor quality, food not so good and plastic everywhere
- they have locked 2 times the total amount as a deposit on my credit card (near 1500$ locked) Hotel manager have not been able to help me and no receipt have been given.
