Nestled in prestigious Rancho Santa Fe, this exquisite 6-bedroom estate sits on 2.5 acres of lush beauty. A private orchard, serene ponds, and abundant greenery create a peaceful escape. The home features spacious ensuite bedrooms, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen. Step outside to a sparkling pool, outdoor dining, and BBQ. With garage access and ample parking, this elegant retreat offers the perfect balance of luxury, nature, and tranquility.  
  
The Space:  
  
Escape to this stunning two-story, 6-bedroom estate set on 2.5 acres, where lush landscapes, serene water features, and a thriving orchard create a peaceful getaway. This home offers a spacious layout with ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, plus an outdoor pool bathroom with a shower conveniently located near the BBQ area, and an additional powder room. The main house features four bedrooms, including a master suite with an Eastern King bed, a California King bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a fourth bedroom located off the kitchen with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a bathtub. Additionally, one detached guest house includes a queen bed and private bathroom. Outdoors, guests can explore the large orchard and enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees. However, please note contained honeybee hives are present, and due to the abundance of flowers and trees, those with bee allergies should reconsider. The yard is not fenced, and the property features multiple water elements, including serene ponds with self-sustaining fish. The pool is unheated and does not include a spa, but guests can still enjoy the expansive outdoor space with a BBQ, built-in outdoor pizza oven, lounge seating, and breathtaking natural surroundings. A designated children’s play area includes a trampoline, three slides, multiple play structures, and a child-sized table for outdoor fun. The home is equipped with AC and heat for year-round comfort, 4 Smart TVs, and provides garage access along with 5 parking spaces. A one-of-a-kind nature-inspired retreat, this estate offers a unique balance of luxury, privacy, and organic charm, making it the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility with modern comforts.

Located 5 miles from the beach and 18 miles from downtown San Diego, Fairbanks Ranch is close to the tech life and science hubs of Carlsbad and San Diego. Nearby attractions: -Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa -Rancho Santa Fe Art Gallery -The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe -Ranch Santa Fe Golf Course -Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market -San Diego Botanic Garden -Annie's Canyon Trail -Sugar Sweet Farm Rancho Santa Fe has some of the most divine dining options. These restaurants offer a variety of cuisines such as Italian, seafood, and contemporary. Visitors can enjoy fine dining at Mille Fleurs Incorporated, Morada at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, and Veladora at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa. For a more casual dining experience, Rancho Santa Fe Bistro, Thyme In the Ranch, The Pony Room, and Nick & G's are great options. • No Smoking • Parking: Guests have access to a private driveway with additional street parking available, offering plenty of space for multiple vehicles. • Pets: 25 pound weight limit and may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150\. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • No pool heating available • The yard is NOT fenced • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Please note, contained honeybee hives are present, and due to the abundance of flowers and trees, those with bee allergies should reconsider.   
  
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
