Room was clean - love the wood flooring. Great having the Starbucks at the hotel as well. We also had drinks at the bar - The Rye - with friends. Great downtown location that was close to the wedding venues we were in town for this weekend. Also - walking distance to restaurants was convenient.

Valet parking was efficient and staff were friendly. Room was clean but located below the fitness center. Consequently, we were awoken at 6:00am to the sound of someone racking weights. Front desk employee was friendly but not helpful when we asked about late breakfast suggestions. She said she didn't know of any. We then found several restaurants serving late breakfast within a two block area of the hotel. The best qualities of this hotel was the location and housekeeping. Otherwise, it seemed basic and overpriced.

The hotel was nice. There were a lot of activities happening which I enjoyed. However there were no microwave in the room, the bathrooms crevices and corners needed a little more cleaning, there wete not enough pillows on the bed or blankets in the room. I asked for a extra blanket and pillow and the staff was very helpful a sent them to my room. But my stay was okay.

It was hot even when temp readjusted, $30 valet a day, $18 each breakfast. It really felt like the more expensive the hotel the less that means. Cool we had a quicker route to the convention center and Starbucks. I've felt more satisfied at a sleep inn. The staff, aside from one valet, were very nice and helpful. We stayed at a different hotel last year across the street and I'll go back to it next year.
