"You get what you pay for. The Inn was probably built in the 70s and was very unattractive. The room was cheap. The check in was underwhelming, the room smelt of dampness, mould and cheap detergent. I never took my shoes off due to the dirty carpet and brown stains on the bathroom floor. There were black hairs all over the bathroom and in one of the beds and may be others but we chose not to look. Light came through the bedroom blind. The bar was full of tvs showing football, loud music and clientele shoving each other and swearing. I had to laugh at the sign in the room that said book again."

"Absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need to hand. It was wonderful to sit out on the deckings and feed the ducks and swans. Plenty of outdoor seating with comfy cushions. Richard was a wonderful host, though sadly we didn't get to meet Victoria during our stay, we did chat on the phone and she was incredibly helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better spot for my birthday weekend and the bottle of fizz was also much appreciated. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the hunting lodge. A beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. Really comfy beds and good quality furnishings. Alison was really responsive and we wanted for nothing. We also really appreciated the cake and wine. Thank you! "

"There was an immediate welcoming feel walking into this property. Maura was an excellent host and answered even silly questions promptly! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a doggy bowl and a high chair if these were needed. Loved the fun sayings, and things like which bin was for recycling were clearly marked. Comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge and three comfortable double beds upstairs. Bathroom had some room to move and a heated towel rail. Parking spot right outside was grest. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much, Maura."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ridgeway farmhouse that much we booked to go back before we even left! The kitchen is so well equipped, we easily cooked full English breakfasts and a Sunday roast. Plenty of space for everyone and the beds were so comfortable with lovely bedding. We can’t wait to return next May! 10/10!"
