This charming home offers the perfect balance of modern comfort and charm, featuring two screened-in porches where you can relax and take in the serene natural surroundings. The newly built, two-story dock is ideal for boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the stunning lake views. With its tranquil location, stunning lake views, and cozy ambiance, you are sure to enjoy! We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay. \-Radford is known for its scenic beauty, nestled near the New River and surrounded by mountains. About 40 minutes to Virginia Tech and 25 minutes to Radford University. \- The downtown Radford area has a mix of local shops, restaurants, and cafes. There's also a variety of chain stores and shopping centers located near the intersection of Route 11 and Route 177\. \-There are 2 breweries in Radford "Long Way" and "Radford Brewing Company". \-All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental \*does not include use of the owner's boat or boat lift.\* \-DO NOT use the boardwalk/floating dock on the left-hand side - this is a community access dock and is not for use of Eagle View guests. \-The layout of the home seems to offer both intimate, private spaces (such as the master suite downstairs) and communal areas for gathering, including the screened-in porches and outdoor dining areas. Spiral Staircase: This architectural feature is a unique touch and adds a sense of charm. It leads to the master suite, adding an element of privacy and a sense of separation from the other living areas. Alternative Stairs: There’s also a set of stairs from the second-story screened-in porch to the downstairs porch, which could be used as a second entrance to the lower level, offering easy access to the outdoors or a scenic route to the bedrooms. \-This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sounds like an excellent choice for a family vacation, group retreat, or holiday gathering. It offers plenty of room for a variety of guests, with an inviting outdoor dining area, private master suite, and the unique feature of spiral stairs for a cozy, private feel. The combination of indoor and outdoor spaces creates a home that is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying nature in comfort. \-Outdoor activities are abundant due to proximity to the New River and surrounding forests. \-It’s easily accessible by major highways, making it convenient for commuting or traveling to nearby cities like Blacksburg. \-The area is well-connected by major highways, including U.S. Route 11 and Interstate 81, making it easy to travel to nearby cities like Christiansburg, Blacksburg (home to Virginia Tech), and Pulaski. \-The string lights on the porch come on automatically when it becomes dark (they are solar-powered). You will see the solar panels facing the lake \- if you want to turn them off, there are buttons on the back of the panels. \- Guests may have up to 4 cars at this property. \- Internet is available, and is a consistent connection, but speeds can vary and Streaming is very limited, but regular internet usage is usually not an issue. \-You may swim, float or tie up to dock. Propane (for grill): 1\. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4.We DO NOT provide propane refills. The weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor space fully but the dock and porches are awesome! The house is super clean and we love the decor. Everything looked fresh and new. A few tricky things- the master is down a very narrow spiral staircase. It’s difficult to carry coffee or anything really and walk down the steps. And the noise from upstairs travels down the staircase since there isn’t a door to close for the master. The bathroom on the main floor has a toilet that is situated in such a way that you have to sit on it sideways. There can be a sewer smell in the downstairs bathroom under certain circumstances. Again everyone loved the house and the lake. There were just a couple of places where things were not super practical. Thanks so much!!!! ##### Amanda W.
