« Un hôtel sans accueil avec digicode non reçu par sms , ni par discussion sécurisée sur expédia. à notre arrivée il a fallut téléphoner et se débrouiller en anglais, n'ayant pas de connaissances en allemand, cela pour connaître nos numéros de chambres et codes d'accès. Chambres confortables et propres, literie agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent pour un hôtel simple mal placé. éloigné des restaurants et centre (1km et ) parking et extérieur vétuste, alors que l'intérieur est agréable...

De passage pour visiter le marché de Noël de Koln je vous recommande cet hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité prix tout en restant proche de Koln (accès train à quelques mètres). Un petit axe d'amélioration : proposer une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique aurait été magnifique ! "La réservation était pour mes parents, pour leurs 70ans. Ils ont apprécié le spa, la chambre, l'hôtel en général. Le petit déjeuner était selon leurs mots grandiose, même si au prix du petit déjeuner il me semble assez fou de faire payer près de 20€ supplémentaires pour des oeufs bénédicte. Aussi j'étais un peu déçu car ils n'ont pas eu d'attention pour leurs 70ans."
