Sep 4, 2018 #### Maui Vacation Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huge surprise this trip. We arrived to huge black tarps due to sinkholes. I'd called and asked if there was anything "going on" at the condo complex, prior to booking. After being assured all was well, I booked our stay. Shame on property management for not being upfront and honest. They should have told us the landscaping was ripped up, the huge old palm trees were gone, etc. We would not have booked the Kulakane if we'd known. Additionally, there were little children unsupervised in the pool. The parents were staying on the 3rd floor. Its the job of Property Management to make sure rules are followed.
