    No nos gustó que al llegar no se tenia lista la habitación ya que nos faltaron las toallas y crema corporal. El control del televisor nunca funcionó bien. Desayuno muy rico. Personal muy atento.

    Relación costo-estadia en rango accesible para negocios. El personal de limpieza le falta organizar sus roles porque no todos los días lo realizan o te preguntan si quieres el servicio. La comida a pesar de que es Americano el desayuno pero podrían variar en algo los siempre huevos revueltos con chilaquiles todos los días. El control de la Tele fallaba y no se pudo hacer buen uso de la Tele. En general aceptable pero con áreas de oportunidad por mejorar.

    Llagando de viaje a querer descansar ! Me dieron una habitación sucia ! Se ve que la acababan de desocupar ! Apenas entré y bajé ! Le comenté al recepción! Me comentó q me cambiaría pero! como no reserve directamente c el hotel ! Sino c una plataforma me asignaron una habitación más alejada y mal funcionamiento del baño ! Que tuve q pasar esa noche ! Y a. La siguiente tras mi queja me cambiaron nuevamente de habitación ! Fue una pesadilla en ese hotel ni siquiera función aparatos gym viejísimos que mala experiencia
