I never write reviews but this stay was so great, that I wanted to praise it. Space is/feels new: spacious, clean, modern. Staff, without exception, was friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Great rooms: very comfortable beds with premium bedding and pillows. Quiet. Breakfast had many more options than typical free hotel breakfasts. It included several hot breakfast items: cinnamon rolls, cheese/plain omelettes, home fries, bacon, turkey sausage, and pancake machine. Bagels, toast, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit and fruit cups to go. Stellar. Will definitely come again.

I LOVED this property!! The architect definitely had a woman's needs in mind because there were so many features that were exactly what I was looking for awhile getting ready (two mirrors, great lighting, full body mirror, shelf and outlets located near the full body mirror conveniently placed, multiple shelves in shower, large amount of counter space.) Plus the room was spacious with a fridge/ microwave, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay again!

The hotel and reception area was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very nice. Unfortunately, the pull out sofa bed bedding was dirty and after removing the sheets there were crumbs as well.

Came here for a hockey tournament and the pool and ping pong area was great for the kids. The adults had places to sit and relax upstairs, and the community room was nice, although no way to reserve it for team get togethers. This posed a bit of a problem one night when there were multiple teams hoping to use the room. Although the hotel is a bit dated, Location is key! Walking distance to the rinks and multiple restaurants and the main strip. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Rooms clean. Overall good place for families and sports teams.

Awesome trip

Wow we were truly impressed by this hotel! We were passing through the area and, when we arrived for a late check-in, the staff were friendly and genuinely happy to greet us! Our rooms were clean and perfectly spacious. The breakfast was a winner! So many options for our family, including kids. The buffet staff helped us find everything we needed and we enjoyed chatting with them. It’s very evident the staff take great pride in this hotel!!

I like the attention given by all the staff members, from the front desk personnel to the manager. They all are pleasant and helpful. Prior to my stay I received text and emails from the manager to let me know the status and ask if I had any additional needs or questions. They offer a free self-serve breakfast area that has a full line of items; omelettes, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, cereals, juices and warm pastries. The food staff keeps the area extremely clean and fully stocked and there is table seating. They offer free coffee 24 hours and it is always ready. There is no onsite restaurant but there are other dining choices in the area. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful and kept up with room needs. During this stay, a snow event happened that caused a need to stay one more night. The entire group helped arrange for the extra stay and made it easy to make the adjustments needed. I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time I have had an excellent experience. I don't even think of another hotel when I come to this area. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great for a family!
Stayed for four nights while visiting family in the area during the holidays. Everything was wonderful, we slept great each night and did not hear anything outside the room which is huge when you have children. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was as expected and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were in good shape and the hours were perfect for a family because whether we got back late or got up early, the pool was open. The location was private and we felt safe going in and out at any hour. My only complaint is that they were booked, which was fine, but they didn’t have a ton of towels and the first night we tried to get two because we only had two for a family of four and were told we could only get two if we returned our dirty ones which is not realistic for four people showering. The next day I was told the same but explained that if we could atleast get each a towel we would use them for the remainder of the stay but we needed each our own for sanitary reasons, which they understood and agreed to. But they need to invest in more towels if that’s the case. There’s a McDonalds you can safely walk to and a convenience store next door. We will stay there again when we visit family in the area.
