"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. This includes the cleaners , maintenance staff , porters , bar staff , restaurant staff, receptionists, taxi drivers, managers , boat house staff , and all other staff . The glass bottom boat trip was absolutely fantastic, thank you . The view from my room was amazing . I have had 3 day packages at this hotel in previous years, all very enjoyable and this is why I wished to return to stay . As a solo female traveller I felt extremely comfortable . I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and hope to in the future. Thank you for such a great few days . "
