Deere Run Village condos in Quechee VT are the place to be. The Deere Run complex is comprised of 45 attached townhomes and is conveniently located to all Quechee amenities. This village is located within a ten-minute walk to Lake Pinneo or fifteen-minute walk to the Quechee Club amenities. It is an easy walk to Lake Pinneo as well as less than a five-minute drive to the clubhouse, golf courses, and ski area. Deere Run offers its own swimming pool and two tennis courts. Welcome to Deere Run 10C, a spacious and sun-filled Quechee Lakes townhouse perfectly situated just steps from Lake Pinneo, the Quechee Club, and world-class golf courses—while still being privately nestled near the end of the community for true peace and quiet. This freshly updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and offers all the comforts of home, with thoughtful touches throughout. The open-concept main level is designed for relaxation and connection, featuring a stylish sofa with a chaise lounge for stretching out after a day of exploring. The living area is warmed by a modern gas fireplace—conveniently controlled by remote—and a large smart TV in the corner makes movie nights or game day easy to enjoy. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counters, and a breakfast bar for two—perfect for chatting over coffee or prepping meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full dining table that seats up to eight, offering views out the sliding door to the balcony deck for a bright and inviting mealtime setting. Step outside where there’s comfortable seating for four and space to dine al fresco while soaking up the fresh Vermont air.  
  
Also on the main level, you’ll find a spacious queen bedroom, which shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the main living area and features a walk-in shower for comfort and privacy. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a generous king bed, loft/study area, and a luxurious Jack and Jill bathroom with a full walk-in sauna and walk-in shower, providing a restful haven at the end of the day. The versatile loft space doubles as an ideal work-from-home setup, complete with a desk, rolling chair, cozy loveseat, and a quiet reading nook. Downstairs in the lower level, you’ll find a second spacious living area—perfect as a TV room, complete with a sound bar, comfy sofa, plenty of blankets, board games, books, and a great selection of movies for cozy nights in. The lower basement level living area also includes a pull out sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for guests. There’s also a separate room featuring a full-size ping pong table surrounded by chairs, making it the ideal spot for friendly tournaments or just some casual fun. The downstairs bedroom is set up with two twin beds, with a shared hallway bathroom, which includes a convenient tub/shower combo—great for families or kids who want a bit of their own space.
