Dear Hubert,Some rooms have indeed been redone recently, however we are still undergoing renovations at the moment and a lot of upgrades and details have not been added yet. As for the price difference, it's normal that the price paid with our partner Expedia doesn't exactly match the price on your bill here, since the one on Expedia includes a Expedia service fee that isn't showing on the bill that was given to you on arrival.We hope that this reply helps clarify the situation.
