« Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. I called the hotel myself, who generously offered a refund, and only then...

« 杭州千岛湖高铁站下车打车到酒店80元，也有接驳车15一位，家庭出行打车方便省事。酒店地理位置不错，紧邻天屿山，过马路就是天屿山入口啦，期待看日落的朋友可以选择这家酒店。泳池也很nice,水质不评价，只能说我不满意，但是泳池景色无敌。最不理想的是酒店没有餐厅，只提供早餐，剩下只能靠外卖或者出去吃 »
