We were allocated the pool house so unable to comment on the main house. Owners are friendly, welcoming and eager to please. The village of Darnius is quaint but very much a one-horse town (unfortunately someone has stolen the horse). If it’s tranquility you are after, you will find it here."

"For those looking for a nice and quiet place near Puigcerda. There is absolutely nothing at Age. No bar, no supermarket, no restaurant, nothing... Puigcerda is a 30-45 minute walking. However, you need a car because walking on the road is neither easy nor safe. Therefore Cal Marrufes location has problems and advantages. Excellent service, good breakfast and, what is very precious coming from Barcelona, SILENCE."

"Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. Es un hermoso espacio, ideal para una gran fiesta. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!"

"Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony."
