Location was perfect, easily accessible to public transportation. Nice amenities, great breakfast buffet with a nice spread. Perfect place to stay when looking to tour London. Would stay again.

The front desk staff are very nice. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, water and snacks are provided. The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to climb two floors up to our room and my husband is 91 so it wasn't easy. The rooms are very very small and we were upgraded to a deluxe. There is no hair conditioner or body lotion provided. There was no iron or ironing board and had to wait 2 hours and ask twice for one to use. I think 4 star is pushing it, expect more like a 3 star stay. The area is very popular, very close to China town but the whole area looks a little run down in the mornings when it's quiet.
