"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. ..."

"My experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and aggressive, and they made me feel unwelcome from the beginning. I asked the front desk lady if there were any rooms available with an ocean view. Her response was very rude, and she simply sent me to a room in the back with a poor view. ..."
