We have everything you need for an enjoyable stay! This coastal chic cottage has a space for everything - enjoy a glass of wine on the private front porch, a good book in the reading nook, or curl up on the couch with your favorite movie. The SMART HDTV streams all of your favorite apps and high speed wifi is throughout the entire cottage. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal at home or to make your favorite cup of coffee or tea. There is a driveway and side street parking conveniently available to you. It is exactly as advertised - a newly renovated, extremely clean, beautifully furnished quaint cottage with all the amenities to make our stay in Punta Gorda special! We love the location of the property - it is close to a walk next to the bay, a game of pickleball, and Fisherman's Village. Maggie is the best hostess ever. We found ourselves right in the middle of the Punta Gorda historical district! Yes, it is located on a well traveled one way street. Yes, it doesn’t have the fanciest curb appeal. And yes, there is not a pool! But…. When we opened the front door, we walked into a welcoming and very charming cottage!! It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, a bright and very modern kitchen, a great floor plan and was clean and inviting. The main bathroom was small but more than adequate. There was a newly added deck at the back of the house. Our favorite spot to sit was the enclosed front porch with plenty of windows. It was bright and inviting for morning coffee, an afternoon time to read or a quiet rest in the evening. And what a great location for leisurely walks to the harbor and historical sights. Yes, it had just what we needed to make out six week stay a ‘home away from home’. Kudos to Maggie. She checked in with us to make certain that we were comfortable.
