KUPURI, SUFI, PACIFICO, SURF y al beach club del hotel St. Regis. The rooms are spacious. On the first floor includes a living room, dining room, television, and full bathroom. It has a beautiful terrace with a grill, dining area, living room, sun loungers, and umbrella. The living room has a television and a fully equipped kitchen. View of the golf course. Residencia Terrazas is located in one of Mexico's most exclusive gated communities: Punta Mita Golf Club. If you wish to access the beach clubs Kupuri, Sufi, Pacífico, and Surf, Punta Mita has recently updated its policies. They now charge $50 USD per person for the entire stay. Payment for beach club access must be made no later than one week prior to arrival in order to process memberships. You will also have access to the St. Regis hotel's Sea Breeze beach club, both golf courses, and all the facilities of the Punta Mita club (tennis, paddle tennis, gym, etc.). Each place has its own consumption policies independent of property rental. Cleaning is included Monday through Saturday (Sunday cleaning is optional and available for an additional fee). This unit works great for a large group. We utilized 4 rooms all with private bathrooms for our adult group. There was an additional room which included large bunk beds and a private bath that we did not need to use. This unit has a fantastic location and a great golf cart. We were greeted by the property manager, Pedro, who was very polite and took care of all of our needs throughout our stay. He checked in with us each day and answered all texts. He made additional arrangements for us for transportation etc. as needed. Our daily house cleaner prepared for us a beautiful welcome gift including margaritas, chips, homemade salsa and guacamole which was delicious. Our water heater did break down during our stay, but maintenance had a new replacement by the end of the day. The unit has a beautiful and spacious deck with views which accommodates many people. Very nice lounge furniture, outdoor teak dining table and chairs, and a barbeque is perfect. It does have a fire pit which is noted on the VRBO listing but it does not work. We were disappointed by that. The property manager indicates it has not worked for quite awhile so be aware of that going into your trip. Overall, we loved the unit and would return to stay there. We highly recommend it and found it to be a good value compared to neighboring prices. ##### Lori H.
