The condo was well equipped with all the beach necessities (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella), tons of extra beach towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool is warm and clean. The property is not entirely kid friendly as there were several condo owners who were upset about kids playing in the pool and in the hammock area.Great spot, would highly recommend for families with teenagers but perhaps not small children. ##### Sarah T. My partner and I were so grateful to call Manuel's home our own for two weeks in May 2021\. It was the perfect location to break quarantine– a block from the ocean with easy access to delicious restaurants. It has all the amenities you could need: plenty of towels, washer dryer, A/C, fast wifi. It's also located at one end of the property with plenty of privacy and easy access to parking. Thank you again for hosting us– we can't wait to be back to Punta Mita! ##### emily S.
