Nice and comfortable central


  • Nice and comfortable apartment in a central position, located a few meters from Piazza del Popolo, the main square of the town with a reserved parking space.
    Our house is located within the residential complex so it is silent.
    Fully furnished, the apartment has a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, French sofa bed with comfortable mattress, dressing room and bathroom with shower, balcony with washing machine and drying rack.
    The bedrooms are all with windows and mosquito nets. There are dishes, TV, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, an air conditioner in each room, shoe rack, fridge bag, umbrella and two beach chairs.
    Available at no additional cost, towels, sheets, tablecloths.
    A few meters away you will find all the main shops and clubs in the town, where folklore shows, live music and entertainment for children take place in the evening, 5 minutes from the beautiful Nora beach and the archaeological site, a few minutes from the Blufan water park. , 30km from Cagliari and 35km from Elmas airport.
    In 20 minutes you can reach the wonderful beaches of Santa Margherita, Chia, Porto pino and Tuerredda ..

Posizione centrale per la sera, da qui abbiamo raggiunto tutte le più belle spiagge comodamente. L’appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria Marzia è stata gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità! Da tornare!!! ☺️

Soggiorno a Pula Sardegna

Posizione eccellente, a due passi da tutto in pieno centro, da Porto Pino a Cagliari e dintorni in pochi minuti. Ristoranti carne e pesce molto validi qualità/prezzo in zona. Soggiorno molto positivo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in Sardegna l'ultima settimana di Agosto. La città di Pula è accogliente e tranquilla,ma in un punto strategico per arrivare alle spiagge più belle. La proprietà Marzia è stata gentilissima e disponibile. inoltre inaspettatamente l'appartamento era fornito di tutto e di più ( detersivi...olio sale e aceto...borsa frigo e addirittura ombrellone e spiaggine).

Appartamento consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare in posizione comoda rispetto al centro di Pula (scendi e sei nella piazza centrale), pur godendo di silenzio e tranquillità, essendo posizionato all'interno della struttura del complesso residenziale. Di recente costruzione, confortevole, una pulizia al nostro arrivo davvero impeccabile, comodo per 3/4 persone (noi eravamo in tre), e dotato di tutto ciò che serve, e anche di più. Marzia, la proprietaria, è stata impeccabile, a partire dalla prenotazione, per l'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto al nostro arrivo, e poi per la disponibilità che ci ha dimostrato durante tutto il soggiorno. Che dire, consigliatissimo!

Schöne Tage in Pula

Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt optimal Nähe Zentrum Pula. BU Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da durch einen Innenhof von der Straße getrennt. Super fanden wir auch den im Preis inbegriffenen Tiefgaragenplatz.

Appartamento in posizione centralissima, vicino alla piazza centrale e a tutti i servizi. Di recente costruzione, e' dotato di tutti i confort, lavatrice compresa, e di un comodo parcheggio interno trovandosi in zona ZTL (solo la sera). Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha messo a disposizione tutto il necessario per passare un' ottima vacanza. Assolutamente consigliato.

saubere und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Plaza liegt, ist kein Lärm zu hören. Das Apartment verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof. Wer sich nicht vor einem Spaziergang scheut, kann den Strand sowie einen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem kann ein fester Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses genutzt werden. Die Vermieter waren bereits im Vorfeld sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Nice appartement with lovely owner

The appartement is simple but comfortable with everything one needs on a holiday. The owner is very nice and welcoming, helped us preparing our stay, provided extra equipment for our baby and even left welcoming sweets and a present in the appartment upon our arrival. The location is great with a bakery only a few steps away and restaurants, bars and shops around the corner. Very nice beaches are only a short car ride away. We would def come back. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!

Très bel appartement

Très bon accueil des propriétaires dans ce logement agréable à vivre. L'ensemble des éléments est de bonne qualité (cuisine, clim, salle de bain, literie...) Le logement est très bien situé, tant vis à vis du centre de Pula que des nombreuses plages. Nous y avons passés un très agréable séjour. Place de parking en sous-sol disponible avec la location: seule précaution à prendre: y accéder avant 21h (parking public disponible à 5min à pied si besoin).

Consigliatissima!!

Ottima l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata dai proprietari. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole a giugno. La casa è particolarmente confortevole e dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno durante la vacanza, nonostante le piccole dimensioni non mancava proprio nulla. Molto accurata la pulizia. I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno fornito anche ombrellone e spiaggina. La struttura ha anche un posto auto nel garage sotterraneo ed è proprio a due passi dalla piazzetta di Pula, saranno circa 30 metri. Un solo rammarico: la vacanza è finita troppo in fretta! Speriamo di poter ritornare l'anno prossimo.

Das Appartment liegt direkt im Zentrum von Pula. Es ist komplett neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. (Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Espressomaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen, Fön, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Tiefgarage, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, TV) Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hatten, da wir an einem Sonntag angereist sind, Wasser, Cola, Klopapier und traditionelle sardische Süssigkeiten besorgt, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. (Geschäfte haben sonntags nur bis 13Uhr geöffnet) Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, sowohl Lage, Ausstattung und Vermieter sind top! Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit der Vermieter ist bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder. L' appartamento si trova proprio nel centro di Pula . E 'completamente nuovo e molto ben attrezzata . ( Frigorifero e freezer, macchina per caffè espresso , lavatrice, stoviglie , pentole e padelle , asciugacapelli, asciugamani , biancheria da letto , parcheggio sotterraneo , aria condizionata in tutte le stanze , TV) I padroni di casa sono super cordiale e aveva da quando siamo arrivati ​​di Domenica , acqua, soda , carta igienica e dolci sardi interessati in modo che ci mancava nulla . ( Hanno negozi aperti anche la domenica solo fino a 13h ) Possiamo solo consigliare l'hotel , sia la posizione , le strutture e il proprietario sono grandi! Simpatia, disponibilità e il calore del proprietario è migliore . Ci sarebbe sicuramente tornare.
