Work hours are generally 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday. During these times you may experience noise and conditions related to this construction. PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations proudly presents The Park Unit 208 which is ideally located in the newest and most sought after location in the Romantic Zone in the old town of Puerto Vallarta. The Park Condominiums which was built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace (that was updated in 2022) with 360 degree spectacular views of the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Bay of Banderas and the city of Puerto Vallarta. There is also ample shaded area, a fabulous infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, refrigerator with ice maker and small kitchen area. If you would prefer to sit and relax, you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full size gym area at no extra charge for their guests. There is also a washer and dryer and of course, wireless internet. Living/Dining Room The living room is open concept to the kitchen and opens directly to the south facing spacious balcony. A glass top dining room table seats four and is the perfect spot to take in the view or enjoy a meal or cocktail.
