Everything was amazing other than our check in experience!! It took over 2 hours and Alejandra was not helpful at all, she had a MAJOR SUPERIORITY ATTITUDE for such a young inexperienced person! We’ve stayed here at this exact Riu 5 times now and this was our first really bad experience!! Not Nice ...

The renovation is fantastic....food is fresh and so much variety. The beach was excellent for catching waves as it is shallow sandy bottom for quite a ways. The place was amazing, the staff was very attentive and friendly. After each night our room was properly cleaned and tighten up. I would definitely come back here. Oh and the amenities they had were incredible! 10/10

Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa
Staff always helpful and got upgraded to a beachfront suite. Bigger bathroom, bigger bedroom and amazing 180 ocean view!! Right on the beach and walking distant to all the restaurants and stores. Never needed a car rental.
