"The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. There is no elevator, if you are bringing luggage and children you have to carry everything up by yourself and all the stairs have different heights. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. All the toilets did not have toilet seats and they said that was “normal”. The volleyball court had a perimeter net and if the ball slipped pasted it would go down a cliff. WiFi was not good either."

"Beautiful location. Booked well in advance from abroad. The hotel was overbooked for the long weekend we were there. They sourced us alternative accommodation in a farm close by but it was less than ideal when traveling all day with children. We had breakfast at the hotel and compensated us with a free dinner on the last day. When we did get access to the hotel on the last day of our stay, they never provided towels despite us asking for them. It’s a beautiful location and Norcasia has a lot to offer but they need to learn how to run a hotel!"
