In Puerto you will enjoy a great family vacation due to its perfect location in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. It is a true destination in itself because you will never have to leave the resort to enjoy fine dining, amazing diving, deep sea fishing, fly fishing, para sailing, kite boarding, golfing, tennis, day sailing trips, party charters, day spas and $25 one hour messages, shopping among many other activities. There is a small grocery store withing a two minute walk, and a large grocery store across the street from the resort. Puerto is the place for your next family vacation! Condo, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, (sleeps 6) This custom beach front condo sitting among a tropical garden is the best in Villas del Mar. Firstly, it is on the ground floor offering you some spectacular views of the beach, sea and pool, and only a few steps away, no stairs or hallways. There is no better place in all of PA than Villas del Mar E-107. The spacious living & dining area were designed with total comfort in mind for your relaxation and vacation. Living room with 4 leather recliners, couch, loveseat and large screen TV with all the US premium movie channels. There is high speed internet complete with Netflix. The dining and living room with quadruple sliders open up to a beautiful covered terrace complete with outside dining table, lounge chairs, gas Weber barbecue and Jacuzzi, from where you can keep an eye on the kids at the pool. One of the best cool tropical breezeways in VDM with the doors open. The Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a marble wet bar and bar stools. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath and reading area and large screen TV. The guests bedroom has 2 double beds with separate bathroom with shower and large TV, unit sleeps 6\. There is a half bath off the living room and separate full laundry room. Condo comes fully equipped all the way down to the beach towels. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace, pool and beach. During the day you can enjoy our spacious, serene paradise and then walk to the lively, colorful marina in 2 minutes. The beach is just steps away from your door. The private terrace overlooks two beautiful pools and the ocean. It is directly in the middle of Villas del Mar, Unit E-107\. The weather in this area is a mild 80+ degrees most of the year and the humidity is low because of the ocean breeze. We rarely have to use the air conditioner. You can snorkel right out front on the most beautiful beach in the Puerto Aventuras area. The beach extends for 1 mile for that morning walk. There is a great bar and restaurant right on the beach, which offers pool side service to the residences of Villas del Mar. Palm trees and numerous palapas which are for the private use of the residences are on your private property. There are two dive shops just a 5 minute walk from your front door and many beautiful reefs are just a short boat ride out in front of the complex. A 2 minute walk to the marina offers numerous restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing opportunities, Swim with the Dolphins, parasailing, dinner cruises, scuba diving and tours to all the sites in the Riviera Maya. The restaurants around the marina and at the beach offer fine steak and seafood, Mexican, Italian and American cuisines. Many of the restaurants are run by Americans and all speak perfect English. There are plenty of shops around the marina which is full of sea life. It is fun to sit at a restaurant and watch the dolphins swimming with enthusiastic tourists. There is also a wide variety of tours at the marina. A short drive from the resort gives you spectacular beaches, cenotes, water parks, ruins, night life and shopping. Cancun and Playa del Carman are just a short drive away. Another favorite is to take the ferry over to Cozumel Island featuring the best scuba diving in the Riviera Maya. We also have several dive shops at the resort and excellent diving within a 5 minute boat ride from the marina. If your into the night life, check out Cancun or Playa del Carman just a short drive away. There are spectacular ruins 20 minutes south of the resort at Tulum or drive another hour and see the tallest ruin at Chichen Itza. Coba ruins are also a must see. Check out the Tulum beach and make sure you eat at the Ty restaurant on the beach featuring fresh seafood dishes added to the curries. There are three spectacular water parks called Xel Ha, Xcaret and Expore. You can pet the turtles, stingrays and parrots at these parks and see sharks, fish and all the native wildlife including pumas. Expore has a series of the best zip lines in the world. We really enjoy floating through the rivers and cenotes with these parks. The restaurants and beaches at these parks are out of this world and usually include all you can eat and drink with the admission price. This resort is completely safe and behind a guarded entrance. We have not had any issues with theft, harassment or trouble. There are no vendors on the beaches. One of the best hospitals in Mexico is only 15 minutes away. There is a huge grocery store right across the highway from the entrance to the resort. Come and enjoy Puerto Aventuras. We shopped up and down the Riveriera Maya for a condo before making our investment in this resort and it is by far the most exclusive, safe and nicest resort in the area. The condo was perfectly located by the pools. The ground unit made it really nice and convenient. Pilar was so helpful when it came to getting a crib for my 8 month old. We enjoyed the property. The location of the condo was great, easy access to the pool and beach. The pool temperature was nice, the beach area was very clean. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant and shops, very convenient. We had a great stay. The communication with the property manager was lacking. After messaging several times through the app requesting checkin information, with no response, I called VRBO 2 days prior to our arrival. The phone number on the app was no longer working so they provided a new one. When we called we did speak with someone who provided the condo number and texted a QR code. We learned all the important information for the stay from our family who stayed at the same property. If that was not the case, it would have been a very frustrating experience. The condo is clean and spacious. We loved that it was on the main floor and had easy access to the pool and beach. It's also really close to the tennis court which was fun to use during our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to us while we were there and quickly took care of some minor issues we had. We'd highly recommend and definitely return! ##### Michelle G. There is both an Italian bakery and a French bakery within a 3 minute walk. They have the best freshly made breakfast pastries!!! The property itself has been recently renovated. Appreciate the high end details (such as the plantation shutters and the custom bedding). Also, appreciate how well organized everything is. We will definitely be coming back. ##### Mike W. Puerto Aventuras is an excellent vacation spot home base! We felt completely safe the whole trip. We loved being in Villa del Mar- right on the beach (family friendly beach- a huge plus). Our four kids (boys ages 5-17) loved the pools, snorkeling (we brought our own snorkel gear), and lawn for games. The condo on the first floor was very accommodating- everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the BBQ, Netflix, washer and dryer in condo, plenty of towels, air conditioning (hot in May!), and having our own kitchen to cook in. Villa del Mar is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Puerto Adventuras- very convenient. As for the trip- we used a shuttle service to get from the airport in Cancun (we paid a little extra for a stop at Costco). We toured with Alma's tours (highly recommended- Chichen Itza and Ek Balam), visited eco parks (we had members of our whole group of 18, with kids ages 5-18 go to Xel-Ha, Xplor Fuego, Xenotes, and Xcaret- we recommend Xel-Ha and Xenotes!), and went deep sea fishing with Captain Rick (located in the shops at Puerto Aventuras). It was a great vacation and having Villa del Mar as our home base was awesome- highly recommended and will stay here when we come back! ##### Suzanne C. Being a ground floor condo was extremely convenient for us to go back and forth between the pool or beach and the condo (with three kids there is always something you have to go back for); and was great that the kids could just go out in the morning and play in the grass while we got ready. Very family friendly. The grounds are spectacular manicured. The beach and pool are never crowded and we were always able to get pool chairs and palapas. The private beach is the best beach in Puerto Aventuras. It is also the closest resort to the store, restaurants, shops, marina, diving, evening ice cream, swim with the dolphins, deep sea fishing as well as many other activities in Puerto Aventuras. The Omni Hotel next door offers both beach and pool service with drinks and a full menu. The condo was beautifully furnished with 4 recliners, new furniture, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, ocean and pool views which allowed us to keep an eye on the kids from the patio. There is a beautiful indoor dining table for 6 as well as bar stools and bar, and an outside eating table. We barbecued many of our meals on the new gas weber on the patio. The patio also offered outside reclining chairs, umbrella, dining table, sitting area and hot tub. Villa del Mar is completely private with entrance gate, and they have security guards always on duty to keep it that way. We never even bothered to lock our doors. We have already booked our time for next year as this ground floor condo was perfect. ##### Jim S.
