This house was built in 2022 in the middle of the Wolfsschlucht holiday home park near Prüm in the Walcherath district, which is currently under construction. Here you can spend your holiday in an energy-optimised and high-quality furnished holiday home at a preferential price before the holiday home park is completed. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the house with 2 bedrooms, 2 further sleeping places are located on the 1st floor in an open gallery with two single beds. The open gallery offers additional space for undisturbed play or other activities. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you a marvellous view of the outdoors. Make yourself comfortable after an active day in the great outdoors or relax in the sauna. Outside, you can make yourself comfortable on the open terrace. You have an electric barbecue at your disposal. A variety of marked hiking trails start very close to the holiday home, where you can explore the fascinating nature of the Eifel, mountain bike trails, cycle paths and much more. The Wolfschlucht recreation area is part of the Prüm municipality. As a recognised climatic health resort in the German-Belgian Nature Park, Prüm has a forest swimming pool, indoor leisure pool with sauna, solarium with medical baths, spa park, tennis court and indoor riding arena. You can start your outdoor activities directly from your holiday accommodation. Well-developed hiking and cycling trails, sights and nature are waiting to be explored by you. Marked hiking trails open up the landscape and offer marvellous views and rest stops. This applies equally to the excursion areas Wolfsschlucht, Schwarzer Mann, Prümer Kalkmulde and the valley of Schönecker Schweiz with its bizarre rock formations. The marshlands of the Eifel volcano are also not far away and offer impressive nature experiences as well as an insight into the geological peculiarities of this region. For carefree cycling fun in the Germany-Luxembourg-Belgium border triangle, the Prümtal Cycle Path and Eifel-Ardennes Cycle Path railway routes offer the best conditions for families and senior citizens. The premium cycle paths are signposted throughout. In terms of cuisine, the Eifel region offers regional specialities as well as international culinary delights to suit individual tastes. In the winter months, when snow conditions are good, you can access a groomed cross-country ski trail just 50 metres away or the Wolfsschlucht ski area (570 metres above sea level) with a drag lift and the ski hut operated all year round by the Prüm ski club just 250 metres away. The somewhat larger Schwarzer Mann ski and recreation area (697 metres above sea level) is approx. 14 km away. Oct 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Wir haben unseren 2 - wöchigen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Umgegend lädt zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen ein und in der weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele touristische Angebote. Der Ferienpark ist zwar noch im Bau - allerdings haben uns die Arbeiten in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Prüm - das sind gut 5km zu fahren - für uns kein Problem. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft und vorbehaltlos weiterzuempfehlen. ##### Georg H. Da die Anlage noch im Bau ist ,ist auch noch länger mit Bauaktivitäten zu rechnen ,die wir bei unserem Aufenthalt aber nicht als extrem empfunden haben.Dem entsprechend fehlt es noch an vielen Sachen .Die Lage der Anlage ist schön ,der nächste Ort Prüm ist am besten und schnellsten und sichersten nur mit dem PKW zu erreichen.
