Pelican Cottage - Bikes Included!

  • Pelican Cottage is nestled in the tranquil gated community of Leeward, on the heels of the Grace Bay area and the Grace Bay Beach, which was most recently ranked as the “The Best Beach in the World!”. Our cottage is a short 5 minute walk to Salt, Fire and Ice restaurant, Leeward Cafe Market, a Spa and a Convenient Store, to name a few. The upscale Leeward beach and marina community is within a 5 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with about two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store, banks, liquor store, café, phone company, and bookstore.
    Pelican cottage is ideally situated within an 8 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to four of the most spectacular beaches in Providenciales, Pelican Beach, Grace Bay Beach, Sunset Beach and Emerald Beach. Pelican Beach being the closest is about a 5 mins walk from the cottage and is located on the eastern end of Grace Bay. All beaches are public and parking is free.
    Our community is security patrolled and monitored, safe for jogging, walking, cycling, snorkeling, beach combing or simply relaxing and taking it all in.
