From the initial booking to check out, the property manager, Drexwell, was extremely responsive and helpful. He was the kindest person you could ask for! The property was in perfect condition and very clean. Our family of four stayed 5 nights. We used both beds as well as the pull out couch. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Be sure to bring/buy some laundry detergent. (It's ok to drink the tap water!) We went to the grocery store (Grace Bay IGA) for breakfast and snack foods. We rented a car from Avis but were within walking distance to all Grace Bay had to offer. The pool was clean and the lounge chairs were nice. There were beach towels provided. The property is gated but easy to get in and out of. It was the perfect size for our family. Property manager as AMAZING very accommodating and understanding when our flight was delayed (5 hours). He checked on us the next day just to make sure everything was okay. Condo was very clean, easy check in and Great location (you can walk to the shops and beach). There's also a car rental place extremely close by (Grace Bay Rentals). Car rentals can be returned at the airport (if convenient for you). ATM machines- there's not alot of ATM machines on the island to begin with, however, one isn't too far away from this condo..Gracebay Gourmet. I just can't say enough about this condo.
