Relax in our cool, comfortable, and spacious one-bedroom condo in the desirable Turtle Cove area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Just steps from the pools and hot tub, this beautifully located retreat offers tranquility, convenience, and stunning ocean views.

Set within a 3.5-acre resort of lush tropical landscaping, La Vista Azul places you within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, Turtle Cove marina, and Smith’s Reef—one of the largest barrier reefs in the world—which connects to the pristine sands of Grace Bay Beach.

Our 1,187 sq. ft. suite features panoramic ocean views and direct access to the pool area from your private covered patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Condo features:
• Separate bedroom with king-size bed, dresser, and TV
• En-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower plus an additional half bath
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils

The apt was great, nice size great view, end unit tons of light, nice size balcony. Right one of the pools and hot tub Had everything you need. Dishwasher and washer dryer were a bonus. The bed was very comfy and so was the furniture. The beach chairs and umbrella got a good work out. There was even pool noodles and a cooler. I would recommend renting a car, taxi and car service is really expensive. We were able to check out a lot of beaches and restaurants having the car. Peter was very good at replying to our questions. Very easy to communicate with. Thx and hope to be back!!! :)

Very spacious one bedroom unit.Everything is in excellent condition.The views from the outdoor terrace are very nice.We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed the experience.A rental car is required. Book it in advance.Many wonderful beaches and restaurants to explore.

Fantastic condo to stay at, thank you, Peter. Extremely clean, and bright each morning, located in a quiet community of other condos. Peter was very helpful prior to getting there and throughout the stay when we had a few questions. The Beach is walking distance, but be sure to use sunscreen because the sun is closer than you think. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Condo

Just back from a week at La Vista Azul and stayed in Peter’s condo. It was perfect! Home away from home. Fully equipped with everything you could need and well furnished. We rented a car as we wanted to explore. There was easy access to the parking and always plenty of available spots to park. We can’t wait to return!

Huge condo right by the pool!

It was really spacious, comfortable, clean and inviting. Washing machine, dryer, linens and towels all new and the bedroom was great for separate TV if one of you wanted an early night. Being right by the pool with own stair access was the really good thing about the condo as didn't have to walk around the block! Peter was really helpful with everything and answered everything about TV satellite to pizza takeaway places. Fantastic views of Grace Bay and the ocean, need rental car, but can walk to local beach, so everything was literally a few minutes away if you didn't want to walk. The casino at the Ritz-Carlton was fun a few nights! Highly recommend, super host and will return for another restful, homely lovely holiday. Thank you 5*x

Great location

As advertised, close to the pool and beautiful views. Close to the beach, though i would still drive to save your energy for the snorkeling. Great restaurants within walking distance. Well supplied with towels and beach equipment. Might just recommend bringing your own bar soap and laundry detergent if needed.

Perfect location

This condo has it all. Beautiful water views. Pool and hot tub right outside the balcony door. Updated bath and king master bed. Efficient kitchen and comfy sitting area. Close to easy snorkeling off the beach and a good selection of restaurants. Less crowded than the heart of Grace Bay but with the same amazing beach and clear, turquoise water.
