Washing machine, dryer, linens and towels all new and the bedroom was great for separate TV if one of you wanted an early night. Being right by the pool with own stair access was the really good thing about the condo as didn't have to walk around the block! Peter was really helpful with everything and answered everything about TV satellite to pizza takeaway places. Fantastic views of Grace Bay and the ocean, need rental car, but can walk to local beach, so everything was literally a few minutes away if you didn't want to walk. Extremely clean, and bright each morning, located in a quiet community of other condos. Peter was very helpful prior to getting there and throughout the stay when we had a few questions.
