Great location, comfortable rooms, very friendly and responsive staff, super easy check in. Would definitely stay again. Note- there isn’t an elevator/lift, if that is important for you. There was also an odor from the bathroom from time to time, we think it came from the plumbin/pipes. Overall, a great choice in Preston.

We stayed at no10 for 2 nights, and had a lovely stay. We stayed in the Kensington suite and it was perfect. Lovely and clean Very spacious Comfortable beds & pillows And great location Overall we had a wonderful time The only downside was the WiFi strength however the room we stayed in was downstairs towards the back of the property which I think was the reason why it was so weak, however this did not dampen our stay one bit.

Very clean, excellent location and value for money. Would stay again, but not on the ground floor as constantly subjected to the talking main entrance door. Also, I would hope that there was decent light near a mirror to do make up, as the lighting in apartment Orchids bathroom is terrible.

Great location and easy to get to the train station. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants in town, as it is right in the heart of it. It was hot and difficult to sleep, as the 1 fan wasn't good enough. Could do with some Air con and hopefully this is something they will consider of the future, as the weather each year is like this now.

Another lovely stay at No10 - it’s been ridiculously hot and the fans provided in the room were very welcome. The WiFi did not appear to be working throughput our stay and given the weak mobile signal this was quite disappointing- tried ed to reach out via Expedia but did not receive a response A nice central place to stay

I stayed in Tiffany. It’s comfortable clean and modern. It is up two flights of steep stairs so if you have mobility issues this could create problems. I stayed during the heatwave and they supplied a fan but all it did was circulate hot air around the room. If it had air con I would have given it five stars. Really convenient for most places and a stones throw from one of the lovelies parks I’ve seen (lovely pub at the other end of it by the river) and the train station. Would highly recommend
