Our third stay @ this hotel. The first was very good, the second so-so (at check out, the receptionist asked me to pay for the room, because the hotel didn’t receive the payment from Expedia), making us lose 15’). This time we were first offered a room next to the hotel, with a door which could not be locked. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked, which wasn’t the case. To have a shower, I had to wait a few minutes for the warm water. The internet connection was very slow. This is not a 4* hotel.

Extraordinary
Amazing place, great location, huge room, beautiful bar at the entrance with the best rhum in the world. I strongly recommend Carpe Diem hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable.it Would have been nice to kettle and tea/ coffee facilities in the room but it wasn’t a major problem.

Hotel in nice historical building, nice decor. We have booked a suite, which was absolutely huge, with comfortable bed, and leather sofa. Bathroom with corner bath and shower huge too. Water pressure in shower was great. Received welcome drink voucher on arrival for rum&cigar bar which is in hotel building. Would recommend to everyone

Oven room
Not bad if you go there in the winter time in summer is like had a room in a oven. Breakfast was terrible if considering is a external bar restaurant not a lot of choice, and some morning is not avaiable even the coffee, simple ridiculous.

This was our third stay at the Carpe Diem -We have found the staff very friendly and helpful ( including allowing me to use their iron/ board ) and the rooms very clean and well presented. The staff are very helpful offering advise on transport etc. can't imagine staying at a different hotel in Presov.

Great hotel in classic style. The room was huge - more like an apartment and at a great value. Speedy check-in/check-out. Breakfast buffet included, simple items with a local touch.

Only there one night so hard to judge. Room felt like being in a stuffy bed and breakfast, yet downstairs restaurant and bar felt more hip. Was surprised by early checkout time (10 AM) but they let me stay in lobby and gave me coffee until my train so it was fine. Good location right by main square.

Good hotel in the city center
I ´ve stayed in this hotel during my business trip through eastern Slovakia, as I´ve known the restaurant from my previous visits. Hotel is in absolute center of Presov city, were is a pedestrian zone, so you have to come by car from backyard to park, but with a Waze navigation it was quite easy to find it. The parking place is not directly on hotel property and there is no sign for navigation, so you either have to find it by yourself (entrance to the reception is on na left side next to the cigar shop, or you have to go through passage (in another building) to the main square, and walk in to the restaurant (and behind it, is a reception). Rooms (I was in 405) was big enough and very clean with big bath and stunning view from the window over the roofs on the churchs old tower. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast in the restaurant on the elevation floor, but if you want to add also your dinner or lunch to your rooms number (to not take money with you) it was not possible. As the hotel is located in city center you can go by walk everywere in the oldtown. I recommend it.

Schöne Zeit in Presov im gemütlichen Hotel
Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum und schön gelegen. Mit Parkplatz. Sehr nettes Personal! :-) Auch das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel und Zimmer schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Einfach ein schönes Hotel mit netter Bar.
