Il Vecchio Mulino is a rustic and comfortable cottage dating back to the 18th century, surrounded by trees. The property features 4 apartments and is situated in the district of Novelli, 1 km from the center of Tavole and 9 km from the center of Dolcedo. It offers amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and the option of an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared natural state area of 1,000 square meters, fenced, with a lawn and trees. There is a seasonal swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 140 cm) available from May 15th to September 30th. Guests can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the property is via a 1 km long narrow motor access road, followed by a 150-meter footpath. Public parking is available 150 meters away. Nearby amenities include a shop (6 km), supermarket (15 km), restaurant (2 km), bar (2 km), and the "Imperia / Porto Maurizio" railway station (17 km). Walking paths can be found 100 meters from the house.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The property is located in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 15 km from the sea and 1 km from the river. Nearby attractions include Madonna del Piano (800 m), Kapelle Santa Marta (5 km), and the pebble beach at Imperia (17 km). Please note that a car is recommended, and groups of teenagers are only accepted upon request.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that covers an area of 110 square meters on the second floor of the property. The apartment was renovated in 2018 and features rustic and cozy furnishings. It has a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a satellite TV, a dining room, and three rooms, each with a French bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that has an oven, a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower/WC. The apartment has electric heating, which is available from October 15th to April 30th. It also has a terrace with outdoor furniture, offering a marvelous panoramic view of the mountains, countryside, and the resort. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and free WiFi. Pets/dogs are allowed, with a maximum capacity of eight guests.

The property is a vacation rental, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant vacation experience.
