Spacious Country House with Private Terrace, Shared Garden, and Wi-Fi

Located in Préaux, less than 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this spacious 270 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a large, well-equipped kitchen with a central island. The generous living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for gathering around a wood fire.



The bedrooms offer high-quality, comfortable bedding. Outside, your private area includes garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing moments.



A high chair, junior seat, and baby cot are provided to welcome children in excellent conditions. The house is set on a 50-hectare estate. The owners' house is opposite, but they remain discreet while available if needed.



Shared on-site parking adds convenience. Pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted on the property.



Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.



If you wish, the owner can receive your grocery delivery and store it in the fridge before your arrival, available for an extra charge.
