Very clean and well maintained throughout. Comfortable beds and near to local metro and tram stops and supermarket and quiet neighbourhood . Communication on how to check in was quite clear in their email. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere inside was very quiet and peaceful, but there was construction work going on outside, so we felt a little noisy. Overall was good.

if you want to cook something in this property, prepare you own oil, salt. There are no kitchen detergents, kitchen towel, and sponge either. It is also quite hot in the property. Even though it were rainy days in August (around 20 degrees outside)

They shut off the water for 10 hours during one of the days, but then they cannot let me check out 1 hour later. They shut off the water again on the day I was supposed to leave. Horrible place. Nobody responded back to me through Expedia.

You get what you paid.

You get what you paid, the humidity smell was horrible. Also the kids from room 201 were all the time playing in the corridor annoying everyone. Noone bother to tell them to stop, even when they were ringing all the door bells. The accommodation didn't send us any access specifications until we sent them an email. The property is well communicated but our from the cool part of Karlin

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y con mucho verde. Está a 700m de una estación de metro y de varios trams que comunican con el centro de la ciudad. La habitación (muy luminosa) y el baño son cómodos. La cocina tiene enseres básicos (para una corta estadía, aunque es una pena que no cuente con una tostadora). El balcón se comparte con otros dos apartamentos. La atención de Eva fue muy buena.

Propre, spatieux, bon rapport qualité /prix, équipement correct mais une table et une lampe de chevet seraient souhaitables....ainsi qu'un protége-matelas entre le matelas et le drap. L'environnement correct est dégradé par la voie ferrée qui passe devant l'immeuble avec des trains très fréquents qui empêchent de profiter du balcon et surtout d'ouvrir la porte-fenêtre par temps chaud.
