I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Prague. Very close to city center, right next to the hotel is metro station and tram stop. around the hotel you can find lot of dining and coffee options and I felt safe in this area. Hotel rooms are nice, spaciousness, love the design of corridors. I would book this hotel again!

Room sizes, though advertised as large, are small and tight. Beds were of poor quality and one entire there was no air conditioning in the room or hot water in the bathrooms. Only saving grace for this property is it’s convenient location.

Great connection to city center
We stayed in this fabulous hotel, conveniently next to a metro station with great connection to city center. Rooms was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future

Nice hotel, spacious rooms. Pretty clean and good location. The only tiny complaint I have is the bar closes at 23:00 so if you’re on business trip, work late etc there will be no drinks for you in the evening

Excellent venue to make a base for a city break. Nice local restaurants close by. Easy access to tram line and also a short walk to the river.

Booked 2 nights stay at the hotel separately (the second night was booked for 3 ppl) unfortunately a friend of mine wasn’t able to join. We asked multiple times at the front desk if we could stay in the same room and we were multiple times reassured that it is absolutely ok and we don’t have to move to the another room. We got back on the second day later in the afternoon and found out that our cards were blocked. The young lady at the front desk wasn’t able to answer my question (I asked her politely if she could explain to me why they blocked our cards) instead of it she started accusing her colleagues, that they didn’t share this information with her (even though she was the one who reassured us that morning that we could stay in the same room). After all these she finally unblocked our cards, however forgot to activate the card‘s compatibility with the electricity in the room so I had to go there again. We didn’t receive any apology for these inconveniences! The only highlight of our stay was a kind man (dark hair, exotic look) at the front desk who tried to apologize for this incident later in the evening.

You had a non-refundable reservation that was paid throught Expedia and being a non-refundable reservation there is no refund in case of cancellation or no show. According to Expedia rules that we fully respected. You are writing something completely faulse and totally unrespectful for the hotel and the people they are working here. Therefore in the next days you will receive a letter from our lawyer in order to defend our respectability that we considered offended by your lies expressed on this public wall. We liked the fact it was in a good location, it had a fridge - this was Luke warm not cold. Room far too hot had to open window to have noise from other parts of hotel. No bar, no room service, no decent breakfast unless you like toast, yoghurt and cereal breakfast is awful. Bed and pillows so hard you may as well sleep on the floor very uncomfortable. No option to lock the door from the inside. The toiletries in the room very poor quality, not even a hand wash/soap was provided. A very bad night sleep pay extra go to the Hilton this was poor.

Solid hotel in the centre or prague. The parking is on the street outside with a paymet meter so it's a bit lucky if you can get a spot.

High standard hotel.
Nice hotel in a calm and safe area with several small and cozy local restaurants and wineries nearby. One minor is that the rooms are somewhat cold during summer months. I would have preferred to set the temperarure according to my wishes, this was not possible.

Located 1 minutes walk from Metro so makes travelling around Prague easy. Quiter out of Prague 1 area means local restaurant very reasonably priced. Lovely and helpful staff. Good Breakfast. Comfortable large room. Clean.

Nice Hotel, new. Good Service and nice room. Breakfast good but “strange” buffets location and way overcrowded. Staff was doing amazing job but way to less table and space related to number of rooms. Same for parking lot, approximately 25 lots for so many rooms. Electric car charging station is just a red plug, don’t forget the appropriate adapter.

Great hotel in Prague
Central enough to walk to Old Town, but easy to reach by car without too much problems. Very clean and nice hotel, perfect for our family with two separate bedrooms in one hotel room.

Chic hotel in the business centre of Prague
Fabulous hotel in the business centre of Prague, within walking distance from the old centre. Staff were very helpful with parking (we paid 20 euros to park in the underground parking of the hotel, but they were able to accommodate a charger for our electric car). They even offer a voucher for free drinks at the hotel's bar. They also have a gym and sauna but we haven't had the chance to use it.

Great location albeit quite pricy
Limited parking space at the hotel garage so we had to park outside. There's free weekend parking in the area so we were in luck. We had a small room for two, it was alright for us. The location was great, so no complaints there. Breakfast was fine as well. We didn't get to use the spa facilities. I thought the bathroom toiletries could have been better for the price we paid.

My husband and I have just returned from our 3 night city break in Prague. Hotel We arrived very early in the morning and the hotel kindly kept our luggage until later when we could check in. The room was very spacious for a city hotel with plenty of storage, a safe and mini fridge. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, boasting a double sink and fantastic shower! It was without a doubt the best hotel shower we've had with great water pressure! The free breakfast was such a bonus! There was a great selection of cereal, fruit, cold meat and cheese, hot food, crossiants and pastries. Location A really good location. The hotel is only about 1 minute walk from the B line stop Krizikova. This will take you right to the centre in only 2 stops. It's also super easy if you want to get here from the airport. Once you get to the metro station it is 15 stops on B line. Highly recommend this hotel for value, location and comfort.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and tidy with friendly staff and in a great location. Would of liked the tea/coffee/milk etc to be topped up in our room as it never happened but all in all a great hotel and would definitely go back and stay there.
