"The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option wasn't available with breakfast, but was available in our room ! Having asked for it on day 1, no effort had been made to ensure its availability on our 2nd day ! To sum up, with a few tweaks and forethought, what was fairly good value for money, could have been very good !"

"Amazing views which added to our enjoyment of some excellent weather. Host is very responsive and kind. Beds are super comfy and pillows too. For a big group the layout and number of showers and boat brooms is perfect. The location is perfect and all in all this house ticked all the boxes for us over New Year. Thank you. "
