Perfect if you need somewhere to work or unwind with superfast internet, workstation, 2 air cons and a stunning view over the river.  
  
With easy access to Porto and Gaia waterfront, the apartment is just 150m from the famous landmarks of Jardim do Morro and Ponte Luis bridge.  
Transport links are all around with General Torres train station just 200m away plus metro and bus stops nearby.  
The Port wine cellars and old town Gaia are a short stroll with dozens of great restaurants and cafés in the vicinity.  
  
This light filled, renovated 55m2 apartment is perfectly located for your stay in Porto.  
The bedroom opens onto a sunny balcony high above the Douro River, ideal for watching the incredible sunsets.  
The lounge has a balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of Gaia - a great spot for breakfast.  
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in both the lounge and the bedroom, super fast 500mb/s wi-fi and a smart TV with more than 100 TV channels included.  
The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed for 2 people.  
If you need a place to work, the spacious bedroom has a comfortable office chair and a full-sized desk with a monitor and keyboard to connect your laptop to.

. All guests must present valid identification.  
. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.  
. The property allows self check-in: however, after 10:00 PM we are unable to provide support upon arrival.  
.The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds the available bed capacity. If you wish to use it with fewer guests, an additional fee of €20 will apply.  
. We provide one set of towels per guest, which includes a bath towel and a face towel. We also offer bed linen changes, including towels and sheets, every 7 days. If you want extra towels the cost is €10/set.  
. It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €40/stay).  
. Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot at a cost of €30 (prior reservation required).  
. There is a guidebook with rules about the property in digital format whose address is posted in the apartment.  
. A city tax is applied to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.  
. The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.  
  
\- The facilities can only be used by registered guests;  
\- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;  
\- If the keys are not returned, a fee of €100 will be charged;  
\- If you leave the keys inside the house during your stay, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.: €50; other days/times: €100.  
\- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;  
\- Rubbish must be placed in the bin.  
\- The property allows self check-in: however, after 10:00 PM we are unable to provide support upon arrival;  
\- If you choose an in-person check-in, it is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior confirmation and have an additional fee of €25.  
\- Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in a charge of €25 for each hour of delay.  
\- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
