Just a few meters from the famous Jardim do Morro ( which adjoins Ponte Luis bridge connecting historical Porto ) and 100mts to the General Torres train station and metro / bus stop.
The Port wine cellars are nearby along with dozens of great restaurants and cafes.

This beautifully renovated spacious apartment is perfectly positioned for your stay in Porto.
The access is through 17 steps stairs (no elevator).
The living room window is an authentic living painting with a wonderful view over the river.
The rooms face south and have a sunny balcony. It has 2 full bathrooms with a shower.
The comfortable room allows you to enjoy a well-deserved rest or a relaxing meal without losing sight of the panoramic view - great for a relaxed breakfast or dinner.
The apartment is fully equipped with wi-fi and a smart tv with over 100 tv channels included.
A real home away from home!

- It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €50/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib at a cost of €30 (prior reservation required).
- There is a dossier with detailed rules about the property in a digital format whose address is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present a valid ID.
- A city tax is applied to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
- At the back if the apartment there are some court yards, so it is possible to hear dog barking.
- The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may encourage the appearance of mosquitoes, ants, or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.

- Stays of unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;
- In case of non-return of the keys, a fee of €100 will be charged for each pair of keys.
-If during your stay you leave the keys inside the house, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM: €50; other days/times: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;
- The facilities can only be used by registered guests;
- Cleaning can be provided during your stay for an extra cost of €50.
- We do not accept large animals. Only 1 animal per booking. To avoid noise and/or damage, animals cannot be left unattended in the apartment. Owners must ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the apartment and building.
- Garbage must be deposited in the bin;
- The property allows self check-in: however, after 10:00 PM we are unable to provide support upon arrival;
- If you choose an in-person check-in, it is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior confirmation and have an additional fee of €25;
- Failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 for each hour of delay.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.

Clean & walkable to Cathedral stay

The apartment had 2 bedrooms - one with twin bed and the other double. We visited in March and the weather was cold due to the storm - it took quite a while to warm up the apartment - as there were only a/c units in bedrooms and one in lounge to heat. Kitchen has all basic needs - however for 4 adults - I did find it odd (and a little bit cheap) that we were only supplied with 3 coffee pods - when we were staying for 4 nights. Another thing to note - is the bedrooms are next to road - so bring earplugs as you will be woken /kept awake either by the traffic or the neighbours many dogs who barked like crazy every morning - so gone was any chance of a lay-in.
