Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! The kitchenette is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. The bedrooms come with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It’s also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena, and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets. Many places in VN Gaia are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation: \- There are multiple bus stops that service the area. \- The nearest Metro stop: Jardim do Morro: (5 min walking) \- The nearest Train Station: General Torres: (10 min walking) \- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Lorsque nous avons voulu aller nous coucher en soulevant nos couettes des cheveux ou poils sur les draps et des tâches rougeâtres dans le lit de mes enfants !!! Leider riecht das Apartment stark verschimmelt, ein Asthmatiker wäre sicherlich nicht damit klargekommen. ##### Jobst V.
