Minimalist furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (40 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Travessa General Torres, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do Palácio deCristal! !The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.
 
This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Relax in the living room, which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook, including a microwave. The dining area can comfortably accommodate two people. The studio also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it.
 
The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
 
The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Santa Marinha, situated in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, is a neighbourhood that beautifully merges history, culture, and natural splendour. Its stunning location along the Douro River provides breathtaking views of Porto's Ribeira district and offers a picturesque setting for riverside strolls and sunsets. This area is renowned for its association with Port Wine, housing numerous wine cellars where visitors can explore winemaking traditions and savour tastings.

Beyond its wine heritage, Santa Marinha exudes historical charm with its traditional Portuguese architecture and cultural attractions, including churches, museums, and galleries. Dining here is a treat featuring a diverse range of restaurants serving both local and international cuisine, with a focus on fresh seafood.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
