While much of the first floor has been beautifully updated with modern finishes, the second and third floor maintain their period charm and character. AIR CONDITIONING: This home does not have central air. \- Air conditioning (window units) is only available on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. Every room on those floors has A/C. \- The first floor does not have A/C, but there are fans available. This part of the house is very well shaded and does not typically require air conditioning.
