It's a tiny home in a backyard (which is filled with three such homes). Quiet neighborhood with adequate street parking (never had a problem finding a space). No microwave oven, which makes it a little messy to warm up leftovers. The shower ran out of hot water after a few minutes and I had to wait for it to warm up again (several cycles). Personally, I would prefer the layout of a hotel room but there aren't a lot of options in this area.
