Innkeeper Chris welcomed us with a complimentary glass of wine and made a gourmet breakfast to include a soufflé, crispy bacon, sausage, warm coffee cake, crescents, fresh berries and wild blueberry jam. Walk 2 town. The host was friendly and attentive. The breakfast each morning was generous and delicious. Charming historic small b&b. Comfortable beds, homey New England antmosphere, and an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. But the pièce de résistance was the breakfast! Chris outdoes himself. Easily walkable but quiet. Breakfast was very nice and so was the host. I just didn’t care for the downstairs room I stayed in. There was a large AC unit in the room that was bulky and loud.
