You'll also find services, from banks to massage therapists, just over a mile from downtown by bike, walking, or bus. The interiors have a sleek, European feel with high-grade finishes. Note that there may be noise from neighboring units, we offer earplugs and a noise machine for a restful night! The Space: The exterior of the building promises to stand out amidst the sea of uniform structures popping up throughout the city. With rusted metal siding blending seamlessly with painted stucco panels and black, burned Japanese Shou Sugi Ban wood, it creates a signature look that will catch the eye of anyone traveling down Hawthorne Boulevard. The building is perfectly positioned between the vibrant commercial sector of Hawthorne and leafy side streets filled with residential architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years.
