Very close to Hawthorne with its shops and restaurants, which is nice, but also a bit of a drawback due to traffic noise. It's a high density neighborhood with limited parking and we had to park 3 blocks away one night after returning late. The apartment was comfortable and clean overall, and had everything we needed.
