You are simply going to love this beautiful house, which has been perfectly styled by the home owners -- two minimalist designers -- to be a sleek, modern rental, while still being comfy enough for the whole family. With two queen-sized beds and bunk beds, a bonus room, a brand new kitchen, remodeled bathroom, and small yard, this home has all the amenities of a high-end hotel plus much more. You'll feel like a mid-century movie star in this house!  
  
The Space:  
This home was recently updated for 2021 with new upgrades throughout! This perfectly decorated house will be your true home-away-from-home as you explore the exciting city of Portland! No stone has been left unturned in creating a relaxing retreat with the comfort of our guests in mind.  
  
Experience Portland in comfortable, modern & minimalist style.  
  
Located just one mile from Mississippi street and the Williams & Vancouver street corridors, your new home is perfectly situated for a fun night out, or quiet enough for a romantic night in.  
  
Enter into the open-concept living room, which has been thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a lazy night in watching movies with our huge flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix, and high-speed internet. The modern Chef's kitchen has all the goodies -- whip up your favorite seven-course meal, or pack a delicious lunch for your Portland adventure. Better yet, curl up in one of our plush beds for an afternoon nap in one of our two guest rooms + bonus room; this is your vacation, and naps are expected. Please be aware no animals of any kind are allowed at the home. No exceptions for service animals unfortunately family member has severe allergies.

Guest Access:  
Our guests have access to the entire private house, basement, and backyard areas. Enjoy!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The beautiful Peninsula Park and Rose garden is nearby with playground and a swimming pool in the summer. Easy 1-5 access just 10 blocks to ramps north or south. New Seasons grocery store is a short 15 minute walk from the house and has all the essential grocery items you may be searching for.  
  
Getting Around:  
Conveniently located 10 blocks from the MAX yellow line station, which gives you easy access to the entire Portland area! Need to travel somewhere specific? The Portland Trimet bus system picks up a block away and is quick and simple to use!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\-- There are no curtains on the North side of the house, this was a design choice made by the owners. This does not affect the lighting in the bedrooms (which have curtains). This is something to keep in mind if you enjoy your privacy while relaxing in the living and dining room areas.  
  
\--IMPORTANT No animals of any kind are allowed at the home. No exceptions for service animals unfortunately family member has severe allergies.  
  
\--IMPORTANT: Please note that on all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb there is a deposit of up to $1000.(Please inquire for the exact ammount) This is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please be aware that if you do chose a different payment method you will need to provide the payment details.  
  
\-- IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.  
  
\-- As required by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:  
​1) Full name of each guest  
2) Your Address  
3) Best contact number  
4) Email address  
5) License plate number if bringing a car (please provide on the day of check in if renting a vehicle)  
6) Estimated arrival time  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We like to give our guests space, So we'll stay our of your hair, but if you need anything please let us know and we will come running!  
  
We have 24 hour key-less entry! Which makes check in/out a breeze!
