There was no thermostat in our section so we were subject to the owner’s preference of temperature. Has a small fridge but the owner did make us aware of that prior to our stay. Guessing that was a VRBO charge. We were moving and leaving our first daughter across the country for grad school and she just wanted to spend 1 night with us before we left her. I think the extra charge was un-necessary (for 1 night). There also was a strong odor upon entry but we just purchased wax melts to cover it over. The knockout was the location—very walkable, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. I also appreciated having a spot to park our car. We visited in May, and the bountiful blooming roses in the area were stunning, making for a great daily walk.
