La propreté n'était pas au mieux et le lit avec des ressorts très présents. Petit déjeuner acceptable, et le service du petit déjeuner plaisant. Seul aspect positif: on est à 2 pas de la ville dans le bogside. Nous étions 2 couples et donnerions une note de 6,5/10 maxi »

« La chambre et les sanitaires sont propres et bien décorés. L'hôtesse est très gentille et serviable. Par contre... Chambre très petite, difficile d'y poser nos 2 valises ou de se croiser. La salle de bains de la chambre 4 ne correspond à aucune des photos. Elle est minuscule. L'évier de 20 cm de large est logé entre la douche et le mur. Impossible d'y entrer les épaules pour se brosser les dents. Le sèche serviette est collé aux wc, ce n'est pas très hygiénique et impossible d'y mettre les 2...

"Je ne comprends pas les bons commentaires sur cet hôtel. La salle de bain n'était pas propre, les draps sont usés, les serviettes tachées et la chambre donne une impression générale de laissez allez (tâches sur les murs, meubles abîmés, équipements en mauvais état, malgré l'apparence récente de la chambre, ce qui dénote un manque d'entretien). Chambre qui donne sur la rue et pas suffisamment insonorisée : à 6h30 du matin on entend clairement le nettoyage de la rue et le soir les fêtards. ..les rideaux ne sont pas suffisants non plus, la lumière de la rue filtre à travers les rideaux. Le deuxième soir nous avons été réveillés par d'autres clients qui hurlaient littéralement, malheureusement vu qu'il n'y a pas de personnel sur place, tout le monde se permet d'être irrespectueux... Eau de la douche impossible à régler, elle est absolument bouillante. Pas de sèche cheveux. En résumé cela ne vaut pas du tout le prix, avec un budget pareil passez votre chemin ! "

"Le quartier est tristounet, maos l'hôtel est loin de ce que les photos peuvent montrer. Il est vieillot, aménagé par un bricoleur peu doué dont l'accueil a été moyen. La propreté n'était pas au mieux et le lit avec des ressorts très présents. Petit déjeuner acceptable, et le service du petit déjeuner plaisant. Seul aspect positif: on est à 2 pas de la ville dans le bogside. Nous étions 2 couples et donnerions une note de 6,5/10 maxi"
